ABOUT ME.
For the past five years, I’ve worked as a multidisciplinary designer, which means I’ve had the opportunity to apply my design skills across a range of areas—including branding, print, and digital media. This diverse experience has allowed me to develop a flexible, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt my creative approach to meet different project needs and audiences. Whether it’s crafting a social media post or creating cohesive brand identities, I enjoy connecting visual storytelling with functionality.
Since August of 2022, I have been creating content for online and tangible use as the Lead Graphic Designer at Sunscape Eyewear Inc. At this position we work in high-volume production environments, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines. For example, we have collaborated with many companies, such as Sanrio, Capcom, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Tilly’s, and Realtree, to create sunglasses that go beyond mere functionality, but serve as an extension of your personality.
Multiple of my projects have been displayed and sold out at San Diego Comic Con, LA Comic Con, and Anaheim WonderCon. As well as sold at brick-and-mortar stores such as, O’Reilly Auto Parts, The Marine Corps Exchange (MCX), Veterans Canteen Service (VCS), Hot Topic, Box Lunch, Sanrio Stores, Forever 21, Tilly’s and FYE.
To dive deeper into my design position at Sunscape, I have been curating promotional graphics for digital marketing, product design, and packaging that captivate characters' designs for recognizable yet unique content. All awhile understanding and adhering to brand guidelines, style guides, and companies priorities. Working with both hard and softline products, I conduct behind-the-scenes work in creating CADs, spec sheets, and communicating with factories for pre-production samples and final products. I translate approved designs into production-ready dielines, ensuring precise execution of mechanical files and adherence to print specifications. After production, I oversee photoshoots and assist with photo retouching as needed. Overall, my expertise is in packaging mechanicals, dieline adaptation, and print production workflows.
In addition to my professional design work, I’ve spent the past few years collaborating with community college athletic departments to create content for their social media platforms. This has involved producing graphics and promotional materials tailored to engage student-athletes, fans, and the campus community. Working in this fast-paced, sports-focused environment has sharpened my ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand content under tight deadlines. In my time with three different departments, I have been in constant communication with athletic directors, sports information directors and athletic staff. My role has been to help design, create and curate game day and final score templates. In addition, to produce graphics to highlight student-athlete achievements, announcements and schedule releases.
Alumni from Laguna College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Graphic Design + Digital Media, where I honed my skills in package design, design leadership, illustration, and typography. For my senior thesis, I created a new identity for a local small business, Meringue Mermaid Desserts, designing a new logo, package, shirts, and more to help them create a foundation and thrive alongside their amazing baked goods.
I’m passionate about creating visual solutions that truly connect with people. For me, design is not just about aesthetics—it’s about understanding individual stories, values, and goals, and translating those into visuals that feel authentic and meaningful. Whether I’m working on a brand identity or social media content, I aim to express the unique personality behind the project and make something that resonates with its audience.
